* RMS Review Milestones
* Community Events
* Special Server Celebrations
* GM Hosted Activities
* Supporter & Donor Goals

Floating rate bonuses may affect:

* Base EXP
* Job EXP
* Drop Rate

The duration and value of floating rate bonuses vary depending on the event or milestone achieved.

All active floating rates are announced in-game and through official Dark Groom RO channels.
