# Item Changes

Dark Groom RO currently uses a **vanilla** setup for all equipment and items. This means stats, effects, drop sources, and usage follow the official pre‑renewal configurations without custom edits.

At this time, no item balancing, additional effects, or altered drop rates have been applied to gear on the server. If we introduce any modified items  in the future, they will be documented in detail on this page, including their effects, sources, and reasons for the change.
